Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Purchase, You can return your unused / unworn items. You must request this within 14 Days from the date you receive your order, and goods must be returned 14 days from the date you communicate this.

The goods must be in perfect un-used condition with all original labels attached.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

You are responsible for the returns postage costs

We are not liable for the delay in responding to emails in relation to the return address as this is on the returns form & can be found on our footer menu on our website. 

Refunds will be issued within 2-4 working days

The goods will be held & postage will have to be paid to return goods if they do not arrive with us within the 14 working days.
